8. Limit of liability of members

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Any member of the Corporation shall, for the purpose of discharging the debts or liabilities of the Corporation, not be liable to make any contribution whatsoever.
