35. Amendment of Article 170 of the Constitution

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Article 170 of the Constitution is hereby amended in the definition of the expression “public officer” by the repeal of paragraph (ca) thereof.
