17. Amendment of Seventh Schedule to the principal enactment

The Seventh Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition under the Column with the heading “Reason for not delivering ballot paper” in that

Schedule, of a new Column headed “No valid identity document or identity not established”.
