17. Secretary Treasury to issue guidelines

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Secretary to the Treasury may from time to time issue guidelines in relation to the collection and remittance of the levy on behalf of the Government.
