4. Directions to be issued

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Secretary to the Treasury may from time to time issue such general or special directions as may be necessary for the implementation of the levy in terms of this Part of the

Act.
