6. Amendment of the Heading of Part IV…

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The heading of Part IV of the Finance Act, No. 12 of 2012 (hereinafter in this Part referred to as the “principal enactment”) is hereby repealed and the following heading substituted therefor:-

“EXEMPTION OF CERTAIN ENTERPRISES FROM THE

APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CERTAIN

ACTS”.
