9. Amendment of section 18 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 18 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2), by the repeal of paragraph (a)

thereof, and the substitution therefor of the following paragraph:-

“(a)

shall carry out such activities either in a Free

Port or a Bonded Area declared by regulations under this Act ;” .
