11. Amendment of section 3 of Act…

The Finance Act, No. 16 of 1995 (hereinafter in this

Part, referred to as the “principal enactment”) is hereby amended in subsection (1) of section 3 thereof, by the substitution for the words “every luxury motor vehicle

(other than a semi-luxury dual purpose motor vehicle or a wagon)-” of the words and figures “every luxury motor vehicle (other than a semi-luxury dual purpose motor vehicle or a wagon) of which the first year of registration falls prior to January 1, 2019-”.
