4. Amendment of section 7 of Act…

Part II (Imposition of Share Transaction Levy) of the

Finance Act, No. 5 of 2005, is hereby amended in section 7

thereof, by the repeal of paragraph (b) thereof and the substitution therefor of the following paragraphs:—

“(b)

for any period commencing on or after January 1,

2011, but prior to January 1, 2016, at the rate of 0.3

per centum; and

(c)

for any period commencing on or after April 1,

2016, at the rate of 0.3 per centum,”.
