5. Amendment of section 5 of the principal enactment

Section 5 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words” “There shall be charged, levied and paid, on every semi-luxury dual purpose motor vehicle for”,of the words “There shall be charged, levied and paid, on every semi-luxury dual purpose motor vehicle (other than a wagon) for”.
