13. Monitoring the compliance with directions

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Board may issue guidelines to the Director relating to the manner of monitoring compliance with the directions issued under subsections (1) and (2) of section 12

and authorize the Director to direct finance companies to comply with such directions either forthwith or within such period as may be specified by the Director.
