3. Replacement of the heading in PART I of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The heading appearing in PART I immediately before section 2 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following heading is substituted therefor: -

Financial Transactions Reporting

“DUTIES OF INSTITUTIONS, RISK-BASED

APPROACH AND CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE”.
