23. Reference to Reports of Standing Committees of Parliament

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Upon the Statement referred to in section 4 and the

Reports referred to in sections 7, 10, 13 and 16 being placed before Parliament, such Statement or Report shall stand referred to the relevant Standing Committee of Parliament.
