24. Publication and sale of reports

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Secretary to the Ministry of the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance, may by Notification published in the Gazette—

(a)

specify the place at which copies of the Statement referred to in section 4 and the Reports referred to in sections 7, 10, 13 and 16 are made available for inspection, free of charge ; and

(b)

specify the place at which copies of the Statement and the Reports are available for sale.
