34. Amendment of section 55 of the principal enactment

Section 55 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of that section and the substitution therefor of the following paragraphs:—

“(a)

for each elephant or buffalo

- Rs. 15,000.00

(b)

for each calf, ass, pig, sheep, lamb. goat or kid

- Rs. 3,000.00

(c)

for every head of cattle other than the above

- Rs. 7,500.00".
