3. “Gramodaya Mandala Fund Act” and “Gramodaya Mandala Fund” to be known respectively as “Jana Diriya Fund Act” and “Jana Diriya Fund”

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

In the principal enactment and in any other written law, there shall be substituted for the words “Gramodaya

Mandala Fund Act” and “Gramodaya Mandala Fund,” of the words “Jana Diriya Fund Act” and “Jana Diriya Fund”, respectively.

Every reference to the “Gramodaya Mandala Fund

Act” and “Gramodaya Mandala Fund” in any regulation, rule, order, notice, notification or other document shall be read and construed as a reference to the “Jana Diriya Fund

Act” and the “Jana Diriya Fund”, respectively.
