The provisions of the Companies Act, No. 17 of 1982
shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to the Corporation in regard to any matter for which there is no provision in this Act or any rule made under section 27 :
Provided that the Corporation shall not be required to be registered under that Act nor shall the Registrar of Companies have any power with respect to the Corporation.
