17. Amendment of Schedule III of the Banking Act…

Schedule III of the Banking Act, No. 30 of 1988 is hereby amended by the addition at the end of that Schedule of the following new item :—

“(5) Housing Development Finance Corporation

(Bank) of Sri Lanka established by the Housing

Development Finance Corporation of Sri Lanka Act, No.

7 of 1997.”.
