Amendments made to sections 4(1), 13, 25(1),

78(1), 102, 153, 218 and the First Schedule to the principal enactment by sections 2(1), 6(4), 10(5) and (6), 25(2) and (3),

26, 36(2), 44(3) and (4) and 45(2) respectively, of this Act, shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into force on

April 1, 2006.

The amendment made to section 32(3) of the principal enactment by section 11(1) of this Act, shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into force on November 1, 2006.
