9. Amendment of section 25 of the principal enactment

Section 25 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the further proviso to paragraph (b) of subsection (3) thereof, by the substitution for the words “nothing in this paragraph”, of the words “nothing in paragraph (a) or (b)”.
