Section 8 of the Inland Revenue Act, No. 28 of 1979

as amended by section 2 of the Inland Revenue (Amendment)

Act, No. 41 of 1999 (granting exemption from income tax, to the Commonwealth Development Corporation) shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into force on January 1, 1996.
