35. Amendment of section 133 of the principal enactment

Section 133 of the principal enactment as last amended by Act, No 22 of 2011 is hereby further amended in subsection (3) of that section as follows :-

(1)

by the substitution in paragraph (b) of that subsection, for the words ''under this Act ; or", of the words ''under this Act ;";

(2)

by the substitution in paragraph (c) of that subsection, for the words and figure ''section 95 .";

of the words and figure ''section 95 ; or"; and

(3)

by the addition, immediately after paragraph (c) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph :-

“(d)

which is paid on the deposits made by any participating institution under the standing deposit facility with the Central Bank of Sri

Lanka.”.
