15. Appointment of the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute

(1)

The Council may appoint to the staff of the

Institute, a Chief Executive Officer, who shall administer the affairs of the Institute.

(2)

The Chief Executive Officer shall exercise, perform and discharge such powers, duties and functions as may be delegated to him.

(3)

The Council may remove from office the Chief

Executive Officer appointed under subsection (1).

(4)

The Chief Executive Officer may be paid such remuneration as may be determined by the Council.
