2. Establishment of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka

There shall be established an Institute which shall be called the “Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka” (hereinafter referred to as the “Institute”)

consisting of the persons who are for the time being members of the Society of Certified Management Accountants of Sri

Lanka incorporated under the Societies Ordinance (Chapter 123).

(2)

The Institute shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
