The seal of the Corporation shall be in the custody of the honorary secretary of the Corporation and shall not be affixed to any instrument except by the authority of a resolution of the Council] of Management and in the pre-sence of two office-bearers, nominated by the Council of
Management who shall sign their names to the instrument in token of their presence and such signing shall be inde-pendent of the signing of any person as 2 witness.
