7. The Council of Management

The affairs of ithe Corporation shall subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation as hereinafter provided, be administered by a Council of
Management.
Unless otherwise provided by the rules of the Cor-poration, general membership, the Council of Management shall consist of the president, two past presidents, one senior vice-president, three vice-presidents, secretary, assis-tant secretary, treasurer, editor, and twenty-eight corporate members, to represent the various fields of engineering technology.

The first Council of Management of the Corporation shall be the Council of the Institute holding office on the day prior to the date of commencement of this Act.
