33. Institute entitled to receive grants from any source

The Institute shall be entitled to receive grants from any source, whether in Sri Lanka or abroad, and to negotiate direct for such grants with any individual, institution or body of persons whether incorporate or not fer the purpose of carrying out its aims and objects.
