10. Amendment of section 162 of the principal enactment

Section 162 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:-

(1)

in subsection (1), by the substitution for the words

“Industrial Designs, Marks, Patents and Unfair

Competition” of the words “Industrial Designs,

Marks, Patents, Geographical Indications and

Unfair Competition”;

(2)

in subsection (8) -

(a)

by the substitution, in paragraph (a) for the words “Trade Marks, Patents and Unfair

Competition” of the words “Trade Marks,

(b)

by the substitution, in paragraph (b) for the words “Trade Marks, Patents and Unfair
