24. Delegation of powers of the Board

(1)

The Board may delegate to any member of the

Board or to any officer or servant of the Fund, any of its powers.

(2)

Every member or officer or servant to whom any power is delegated under subsection (1) shall exercise such power subject to the direction and control of the Board.
