29. Members of the Board and officers and servants of the Fund deemed to be public servants

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All members of the Board and officers and servants of the Fund shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning, and for the purposes, of the Penal Code.
