4. Chairman of the Board

(1)

The Chairman of the Coconut Cultivation Board shall be the ex-officio Chairman of the Board of Management.

(2)

Subject to the provisions of paragraph (b) of section 5

the term of office of the Chairman of the Board shall be his period of membership of the Board.

(3)

The total membership of the Board shall be fourteen.
