9. Amendment of section 156 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 156 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after paragraph (h)

thereof, of the following new paragraph:-

“(ha) the procedure to be followed by the owner of the holding when disposing or mortgaging the holding under this Act;”.
