17. Monopolizing is an offence

A licensee who individually or jointly monopolizes in the business of container depot operation commits an offence and shall, on conviction after a summary trial before a Magistrate, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten million rupees or to imprisonment of either description for a period not exceeding two years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
