12. Duties of parties to a dispute

It shall be the duty of every party to a dispute brought before a Board for settlement by mediation to —

(a)

disclose fully and honestly all matters which are relevant and necessary for reaching a settlement ;

(b)

refrain from revealing any information of a confidential nature disclosed or discussed at a mediation session.
