4. Amendment of section 6 of the principal enactment

Section 6 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition at the end of that section, of the following new subsection :-

“(4) The Director-General shall be entitled to be present and to speak at meetings of the Board, but shall not be entitled to vote at such meetings.”.
