9. Amendment of section 20 of the principal enactment

Section 20 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the addition at immediately after paragraph (e) thereat, of the following new paragraph :—

“(f)

all such sums of money received by the

Authority under section 43F and section 57A of the Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Act,

No. 2 of 1996.”.
