10. Acts not invalidated by reason of a vacancy

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No act, decision or proceeding of the Authority, shall be deemed to be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy of the Authority or any defect in the appointment of any member thereof.
