18. Directors of the Institute

(1)

The Board may appoint Directors of the Institute, to be in charge of separate divisions of the Institute. The terms and conditions of such employment shall be determined by the Board.

(2)

The Directors appointed under subsection (1) shall exercise and discharge their powers and functions assigned from time to time by the Director-General.
