18. Authority to advise the Minister

The Minister may on the advise of the Authority issue general or special directions to any Government departments.

“child abuse” means any act or omission relatin g toa child, which would amount to a contravention of any of the provisions of— (a) sections 286a, 288, 288, 288n, 3084, 360a, 360B, 360c, 363, 364A, 365, 365A, or 365B of the Penal Code;
