25. Authority not to transact business with enterprises in which a member has interest, unless appproved by the Minister

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Authority shall not make any investment in or otherwise transact business with an enterprise of which a member of the Authority is a partner, director or shareholder or is in any other way directly or indirectly interested, unless the transaction is approved by the Minister.
