31. Rules

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Authority may make rules—

(a)

for the regulation of procedure and the transaction of business at its meetings ;

(b)

providing for the custody and manner of affixing its seal.
