25. Analysts &c

The Authority may appoint—
(a)
analysts for making analysis of samples taken for the purposes of that Act; and
(6)
pollution control officers for inspection and evaluating the records of monitoring prescribed equipment and installations for detecting the presence, quantity and nature of waste and their effects on the receiving portions of the environment.
