23. Officers and servants of the Trust deemed to be public servants under the Penal Code

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All officers and servants of the Trust shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning and for the purposes of the Penal Code (Chapter 19).
