5. Administration of the Agency

(1)

The administration and management of the affairs of the Agency shall be vested in a Steering Council

(hereinafter referred to as the “Council”).

(2)

The Council shall for the purpose of administering the affairs of the Agency, exercise, discharge and perform the powers, functions and duties conferred on, assigned to or imposed on the Agency by this Act.
