14. Delegation of powers of the Board to the Chairman of the Board

(1)

The Board may delegate to the Chairman of the

Board any of its power, duties or functions other than its powers under this subsection.

(2)

The Chairman of the Board to whom any power, duty or function has been delegated under subsection (1) shall exercise, perform and discharge such power, duty or function subject to the directions of the Board.
