2. Establishment of National Institute of Language Education and Training

There shall be established an Institute to be called the

National Institute of Language Education and Training

(hereinafter referred to as “the Institute”). The Institute shall by the name assigned to it by this section, be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
