Section 2 of the National Security Levy Act, No.52
of 1991 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal enactment”)
as last amended by Act No. 17 of 1998 is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section as follows :—
(1)
in paragraph (d) of that subsection, by the substitution for the words, “telecommunication services” , of the words “telecommunication services ; or” ; and
(2)
by the addition, at the end of that subsection, of the following paragraph :—
“(e) carries on the business of providing a service of any description other than a service referred to in paragraph (c) or paragraph (d) ”
