Section 82 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :—

(a)

by the repeal of paragraph (b)

thereof, and the substitution of the following paragraph therefor :—

“(b) by neglect, loses, or causes the diminution of any such property, or”;

(b)

in paragraph (c) thereof, by the substitution, for the wowrd “injures”, of the words “injures or destroys ”.
