7. Amendment of section 27 of the principal enaciment

Section 27 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the proviso to subsection (1) of that section by the substitution, for the words “ after the lapse of six months from the date of the commission of such offence,”,, of the words “after the expiration of two years from the date of discovery of such offence, ”.
