28. Establishment of Campuses

The Board may by an Order (hereinafter referred to as “the Campus Order”)—

establish a Campus of the University;

assign a name and style to such Campus;

specify the location or site of such Campus;

assign a Faculty or Faculties to such Campus; and

specify the Department of Study comprising such
